Here’s a quick note to let you know how I can help you—or anyone you feel comfortable introducing me to.
Sellers who list their house in a hot market expect to get multiple offers. But when their house languishes without selling, they must wonder what they—or their agents—are doing wrong. But 8 out of 10 times the reason a house doesn’t sell is that it’s overpriced for what it offers.
It can be hard to know what the problem is, because you never saw it as a problem. Possibly the hallway is too narrow, the bathroom has a shower instead of a tub, the location is slightly off perfect. The only way to discover what’s wrong is to ask buyers for their input. They are the ones who aren’t buying—and it’s valuable to ask them why not.
If you or someone you know is thinking about selling their house, call me for a no obligation consultation about pricing. Call 305-395-0814 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
