When you choose me to represent you with your Real Estate Sale or Purchase you will get my services in at least three ways and they are:
I am Your Consultant, Your Negotiator and I am Your Manager of the Real Estate Transactional Details.
As your Consultant, you will notice that I will ask you thoughtful and insightful questions for the purpose of developing a long lasting business relationship. Other Agents might not be inclined to ask these kinds of questions for a variety of different reasons; such as, they don’t have the savvy and experience of a seasoned Real Estate Agent like I do, or their goals and objectives for the sale or purchase of a property might be misaligned with yours. My rationale for asking the kinds of questions that I ask is to insure that I truly understand your needs in this deal and that my goals and objectives match, have alignment and are congruent with yours.
As your Negotiator I will treat your money like it is my own. When it is time to save you or make you money, I will work tirelessly to maximize your savings and or profit. I am your advocate. It is because of my vast experience in the closing of hundreds of Real Estate Transactions that you can rest easy, be reassured and have the trust that the professionalism that I bring to the table is second to none.
With me at your side, on your team, you are going to realize more tangibly and intangibly from my experience than if you handed this piece of business off to an inexperienced Agent or even tried to handle it yourself, with the unintended consequence of that action your disappointment with the end result. I work to earn your trust and I am here to protect your interest in the deal and it is to that end that I work, so that disappointment doesn’t follow you from the closing table.
As your Manager of all of the Real Estate Transactional Details, I will provide a service to you that is so very often overlooked but is so very valuable that you will be glad that I am here to manage the minutia of the deal. I can’t emphasize it enough that the devil is in the details. In my business, every
( i ) must be dotted and every ( t ) must be crossed, because there are literally a hundred pieces of paper requiring upward to 43 signatures and initials, and making a mistake can be very costly. Every transaction has 100 to 150 phone calls alone, and each one of them is loaded with critical details.
How does it make you feel knowing that there are 43 different people from 14 different industries who get involved during the seven stages of your transaction?
